This Is How You Make Paneer Tikka Masala At Home

Try this easy recipe of Paneer Tikka Masala at home and impress your guests or family with this scrumptious dish.


  • 4 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 capsicum, sliced
  • 2 onion, sliced
  • 250 grams paneer or cottage cheese
  • skewers
  • A bowl of tomato puree


  • Mix all the above ingredients together and add the lime juice.
  • Add in the paneer pieces, capsicum an onions.
  • Mix well.
  • Marinate for 30 mins.
  • Then put it all onto the skewers.
  • Pour some oil on the grill pan and shallow fry.
  • Then take another pan and heat some oil.
  • Add some chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric paste, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and saute. 
  • Fold in a bowl of tomato puree.
  • Mix well.
  • Add some salt to taste and half a cup of water.
  • Next, add some paneer from the skewers and mix in the batter made, pouring it on the tikkas.
  • Serve hot!
