The upcoming Telugu movie features actors including Dilip Prakash as Krishna Abhimanyu, Regina Cassandra as Rama, Rajendra Prasad as Aaradhyulu, Prakash Raj as Abhimanyu Narayana, Brahmanandam as Guinness Book Panthulu, Ali as Naradhudu, Nassar as Mahadev Nayudu, and Raghu Babu as Raju Garu. Other cast members are L B Sriram, Anish Kuruvilla, Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Prema, Aamani, and Sudha.
Written and directed by Arjun Sai, ‘Utsavam’ has been produced by Suresh Patil under the banner of Hornbill Pictures. While dialogues are written by Ramana Gopisetti, Rasool Ellore is the cinematographer. The music has been composed by Anup Rubens.

His family works as theatre artists in a field that is on the verge of extinction. Krishna solely takes the responsibility of saving the dying art form to liberate his family and many others who serve in the field. Regina Cassandra as Rama plays his love interest who inspires him to get in tune with himself.
