Nazar Teri Toofan: Merry Christmas New Song Releases With A Bang; This Actor Was The First Choice For Lead Role

Another new song called ‘Nazar Teri Toofan’ from the movie ‘Merry Christmas’ has finally been released on the 4th of January 2024. It is a romantic song sung by Papon, composed by Pritam, and written by the National Award-winning lyricist Varun Grover. The ‘Merry Christmas’ team released the soothing song at a press conference in a theatre in Mumbai where they reached to promote the movie.

‘Merry Christmas’ is one of the biggest and most anticipated films of 2024. The movie stars two of the biggest stars from both Bollywood and the South Indian movie industries. Katrina Kaif will be seen opposite Vijay Sethupathi which has the audience waiting and excited over an unusual pairing like this one.

‘Merry Christmas’ is all set to release on the 12th of January theatrically. The first song of the movie, which is also the Title Song, was released on 25th December 2023. 

This Actor Was The First Choice

In the midst of the excitement of a truly pan-Indian movie ‘Merry Christmas’ releasing, some interesting facts have surfaced. While Vijay Sethupathi seems to be a great choice for the role of an intense character in a murder mystery thriller romance film, it was another actor who was the first choice of director Sriram Raghavan. 

In a recent interview while promoting his film ‘Merry Christmas’, Sriram Raghavan revealed that his first choice for the role of Vijay was Saif Ali Khan. The director later refused to cast Khan as he wanted a brand new on-screen couple that no one had ever seen before.

Merry Christmas Has No Interval

There is an amazing fact about the Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Merry Christmas’ that we are bringing to your attention. It is one of the rarest movies that does not have an interval.
