5 Worst Rated Movies Of Bollywood 2023

Bollywood movies lately are being produced by putting a lot of thought into the concept and plotline. Most of these movies are trying to cater a social message through their capturing screenplay. From ‘Jawaan’ and ‘Tiger 3’ to ‘12th Fail’ and ‘OMG 2’, Bollywood has delivered some of the biggest hits in 2023.

However, there are a few films that have not done well at the box office and have been rated as the biggest flop films of 2023 by IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes. Here are the biggest flops of 2023.

'The Ladykiller'

The Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Bollywood film, ‘The Ladykiller’ is the biggest flop film of this year. It only managed to gain 1.5/10 stars on IMDb. The film did not even get a proper promotion and sold very few tickets after its theatrical release.

'Tiku Weds Sheru'

The Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Bollywood film 'Tiku Weds Sheru' did not perform well in the theatres. The film was only rated 3.3/10 stars on IMDb. Despite the commendable acting by the protagonists, the plot seems to be weak which made the film hard to watch.

'Adipurush'

Despite creating immense hype amongst the audience, the Kriti Sanon and Prabhas starrer 'Adipurush' did terribly after its release. With only a rating of 3.5/10 stars on IMDb, the film is inspired by the Hindu epic Ramayana. The dialogues were poorly written and the acting faced heavy criticism too.

'Selfiee'

Starring Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hashmi and Diana Penty, ‘Selfiee’ is one of the worst-performing films of Bollywood in 2023. The film managed to bag only 5.7/10 stars on IMDb and 18% on Rotten Tomatoes. It is the remake of the 2019 Malayalam movie ‘Driving License’.

'Shehzada'

Another Kriti Sanon starrer with her co-star Kartik Aryan, 'Shehzada' is one of the top 5 worst-rated Bollywood films of 2023. The film has only got 4.5/10 stars on IMDb. This movie is the Bollywood remake of the Telugu film ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’, an Allu Arjun film.

While Bollywood delivered some of the top-performing and record-breaking movies this year, there have been certain flop movies as well. Even though some great actors have been a part of these films, they could not perform well.
