Only For Love Plot: What Is The Story About?

Zheng Shuyi wants her ninth cover story for the finance magazine she works at. For that she needs an interview with Shi Yan, the CEO everyone is talking about. The funny thing is, he himself asked for her. He agrees for the interview but on one condition and that is, she has to write about small startups that never get any coverage.

It starts as a work deal, but slowly they start liking each other. So it's romance plus both of them growing in their careers.

What To Expect From Only For Love

Don't go in expecting something very heavy. It's a sweet, light, easy watch. You get the classic CEO falls first trope, a heroine who is actually good at her job, and a lot of cute bickering. What you can like about this is that it's not just about romance. There's a lot of office stuff too such as startups, deadlines, and work pressure so it doesn't get boring. Plus, there are side couples also to root for.

Conclusion

So, if you are bored and looking for something sweet and easy that does not ask too much of you. It works well as a weekend binge, and it is a good starter for anyone who is new to Chinese dramas.
