Sourav Ganguly Biopic First Look Out

For the unversed, today also marks Sourav Ganguly's birthday. Sharing the poster, Rajkummar wrote on Instagram, "Happy Birthday, our dearest Dada. @souravganguly."
The actor is seen holding a blue Team India jersey and waving it with joy. For the unversed, this is considered one of the most iconic moments in Indian cricket. Sourav Ganguly celebrated India's big win against England like this. This moment happened on July 13, 2002, after India won against England in the NatWest Series final at Lord’s.
Ganguly's gesture was in response to England’s Andrew Flintoff, who celebrated his team's win against India by removing his shirt at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.

When will Dada release in theatres?

Dada will hit the theatres on May 14, 2027.
'Dada' is helmed by Vikramaditya Motwane, known for Black Warrant, Udaan, CTRL, Lootera, Jubilee, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero and more. It is produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under the Luv Films banner.
On the work front, Rajkummar was last seen in the Netflix film 'Toaster'. He has been facing challenges in his professional front, with his last few projects receiving mixed responses, with criticism for doing similar roles. Toaster, Maalik, Bhool Chuk Maaj and Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video got mixed reactions from the viewers.
However, there is immense excitement for Dada and Prahaar - The Ujjwal Nikam Story, both of them being biopics.
