The movie stars Satyadev in the lead role with Vikas Muppala and Deepa Thomas. It is written, directed, and edited by Venkatesh Maha. Moreover, Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu presented the film along with Namrata Shirodkar under GMB Entertainment.

Rao Bahadur follows Ramappa Rao Bahadur, who is a dying aristocrat but is also obsessed with his lineage.

How much did Rao Bahadur earn?

Despite a great response, the movie had a decent run at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the movie collected Rs 6.93 crore in India and Rs 11.43 crore worldwide.
However, director Venkatesh Maha seemed happy with the response. While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter India, he said, "The response was tremendous. The theatres were erupting with laughter. The word of mouth grew from the morning show, and by evening, people were discussing intricate details of the film. The audience is so intelligent. They made me win."
He even said he felt a big responsibility after Mahesh Babu decided to represent the film.
Not just the audience, many celebrities praised the film too. Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga applauded the performances and urged the audience to watch it. Rao Bahadur is a testament to how good stories can do wonders.
