Know all the details about the IRCTC Japan Tour Package 2026 for Indian travellers who are interested in visiting the country.

1. Date and Time:

The tour will begin in Delhi on September 6, 2026, and end on September 15. It will cover the major cities in Japan: Tokyo, Hakone, Hamamatsu, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hiroshima.
The group will depart from Delhi on flight NH838 at 6 pm on September 6 and arrive at Tokyo's Haneda Airport at 5:55 am the next day. The returning journey is on September 15 at 11:10 am from Haneda on flight NH837 and will reach Delhi at 4:30 pm. The flight may change depending on the airline's operational requirements of All Nippon Airways (ANA). It may also lead to changes in the itinerary.

2. Prices:

The price of the tour package will start at Rs 3,45,999 per person on triple-sharing, while the twin-sharing package is priced at Rs 3,49,999. The single-occupancy package costs Rs 4,73,999. If you are traveling with children, then their package is priced at Rs 2,92,499 for children aged 5-11 years with a bed and Rs 2,63,999 for children in the same age group without a bed.
The package includes several things like Japan tourist visa charges, return economy-class airfare, accommodation in four-star hotels,  daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, airport transfers, sightseeing in air-conditioned coaches, travel insurance for passengers below 70 years of age, an English-speaking tour guide and applicable taxes.

3. Itinerary:

The tour will kickstart with two nights in Tokyo, sightseeing Asakusa Temple, Nakamise Dori, Ueno Park, Odaiba and TeamLab Planets. It also includes Mount Fuji's Fifth Station, Owakudani Valley, Hakone Ropeway from Togendai to Owakudani and a one-way sightseeing cruise on the Hakone Pirate Ship.
You will also visit popular places like the Toyota Museum, Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Kinkaku-Ji Temple and Fushimi Inari Taisha, Nara Deer Park, Todai-ji Temple, among others.
