1. Prateeksha

This is reportedly the first Bungalow Big B bought after Sholay in 1976, where he lived with his parents. This was also Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai's wedding venue in 2007. In 2024, Amitabh Bachchan gifted this beautiful property to his daughter Shweta Bachchan, and it's worth Rs 50 crore.

2. Janak

Janak, which means father, was bought by Amitabh Bachchan in 2004 at Rs 50 crore. The 10000 sq ft property is the office of ABCL, aka Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Ltd and is used for business meetings, shoots and the gym.

3. Vatsa

Vatsa is a commercial property, which has been leased to Citibank for over 15+ years as their premium private banking guest house and corporate guest house for NRI clients. The rent is worth crores.  

4. Ammu

Located in Mumbai as well, it was partially leased to State Bank of India (SBI) and is now used as an annex for Jalsa. This is used for staff quarters, driver quarters, security control room, storage for KBC and film costumes, along with a backup generator.

5. Beach Villa in Alibaug

Amitabh Bachchan has bought a plot of 19,557 sq ft in Alibaug, and it has been divided into four phases. The main purchase of 10k sq ft was done in 2024 and was later expanded into three more phases. It is a large beach estate, often used as a family vacation spot and wellness retreat.
The superstar has secured some properties in Prayagraj, Pune, Dubai, Paris, and Ayodhya as well.
