'No Entry' Actress Celina Jaitly Files Domestic Abuse Case Against Husband Peter Haag

The Bollywood actress and former Miss India winner, Miss Universe runner-up, Celina Jaitly, has been making headlines nationwide today. Today, the Bollywood actress has come forward about the continuous abuse she faced in her marriage with her Austrian husband, Peter Haag. Celina has filed a domestic abuse case against Peter under the Domestic Violence Act. The plea filed alleges that the 47-year-old mother of three boys has been subjected to continuous acts of domestic violence by her husband for a long time. After suffering through so much, Celina has sought a monthly maintenance of Rs 10 lakh. She has also requested compensation of Rs 50 crore from Peter Haag. Actress Celina Jaitly Files Domestic Abuse Case Against Husband Peter Haag 

The former Miss India winner has filed a plea in the Delhi High Court against her husband, Peter Hagg, on grounds of domestic abuse. Her husband, Peter Hagg, is of Austrian nationality, and he works as a hotelier. Celina has accused her husband of domestic violence under the Domestic Violence Act. 

She is accusing Hagg of the charges of cruelty, manipulation, and physical abuse. In her petition filed Celina described Haag as "a narcissist with alcoholic tendencies". She also claimed that he barred her from working after their marriage. Celina has also requested custody of their children, who are currently living in Austria with Haag.

After her application was submitted to a Mumbai court, an official notice was sent to Hagg. While more information on the allegations and the dates of upcoming hearings is still awaited, we do know the amount Celina has asked for in compensation. Celina has asked for monthly maintenance of Rs 10 lakh and a hefty compensation of Rs 50 crore from Peter Haag.

Celina Jaitly And Peter Haag Relationship Timeline

Bollywood actress Celina tied the knot with Peter Hagg back in 2011. The two got hitched in a monastery in Austria. Haag’s family was present during their wedding ceremony. Celina broke the news on Twitter and wrote: "Beloved tweeple. ..With great pleasure, I would like to announce my wedding with @peterhaag on the 23rd of last month at a thousand-year-old monastery in Austria. We seek your blessings and good wishes, and apologise for the delayed announcement due to a family tragedy."

Before getting married, Celina and Peter had been together for one and a half years.

Together, Celina and Peter have been blessed with four children. In 2012, the couple welcomed twin boys, Winston and Viraaj. She later gave birth to another set of twin boys in 2017,  Shamsher and Arthur. Sadly, their child, Shamsher, passed away due to a heart condition.
