    If you are wearing rudraksha for the first time, you should avoid eating non-vegetarian food, consuming alcohol, and engaging in intercourse.

Rules For Women

    Women are not allowed to wear it during menstruation, and their pregnancy cycle. It must also not be taken near a newborn.

    Once worn it must not be shared or exchanged with anyone. Also to maximise its benefits, it must not be shown to anyone.
