Vivo X500 Pro Max is shaping up as the top end model in the company's upcoming X500 series. The smartphone has already surfaced in the GSMA IMEI database, while its global variant has also appeared in Indonesia's TKDN certification. Recent reports now point to a September 2026 China launch, although Vivo has not confirmed an India release date. The phone is expected to bring a 6.85-inch 2K display, a 200MP periscope camera and a battery close to 8,000mAh.
The Vivo X500 Pro Max is currently tipped to debut in China in September 2026, alongside other X500-series models. An exact launch date has not been announced. Reports suggest international availability could follow in November or December, but there is still no confirmed India launch timeline. The appearance of the global model in the IMEI database and TKDN certification does, however, indicate that Vivo is preparing the phone for markets outside China.
The Pro Max is expected to feature a 6.85-inch BOE-supplied 2K LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz.
