Ingredients
To make makhana chaat you need one cup makhana, half a cup peanut, two tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, one tbsp green chutney, salt to taste, half tsp black salt and chilli powder, one tsp chaat masala, and one tbsp lemon juice.

Preparation
Roast makhana and peanuts separately. Gently mix both things in a bowl. Add chopped onion and tomatoes to it.

Mixing additional ingredients
Now, after mixing add green chutney, black salt and chilli powder to it. Mix all the ingredients until it blends well.

Add lemon juice
Now, add salt as per your taste and lemon juice to it to make it a tangy flavour. You can also add namkeen to enhance its taste.
