Ingredients

    To make mushroom chaat you need 200g mushrooms, one chopped tomato and onion, 1/4 cup yoghurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, and red chilli powder.

Prepare the mushrooms

    Cook the sliced mushrooms in a pan until they turn golden brown and soft. Season with salt and a pinch of black pepper.

Prepare the base

    Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato and yoghurt. Add a pinch of salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala and mix it well.

Add mushrooms

    Mix the base with mushrooms, then add tamarind and green chutney over the mixture according to your taste.

Garnish and serve

    Now, pour some fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds into the mixture for extra flavour and crunch.
