Kiara Advani's Favourite Salmon And Veggies Dinner Recipe

    This Salmon dish is Kiara Advani's fav that meets her protein requirements and she consumes this often for her dinner with some sauted veggies.

Ingredients

    4 Salmon fillets, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 tomato, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 lemon juice and salt as per taste.

Step 1

    Place the salmon fillet on a plate, add and rub some salt 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs properly.

Step 2

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and place the fillet on it. Cook it for 4-5 min from each side and take them out on a plate.

Step 3

    In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add some sliced onions, and saute for a min. Add diced tomato, carrot, and bell pepper, season it with 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp herbs mixture and toss it properly. Saute all the veggies for 4-5 min till they retain their crunchiness.

Step 4

    Cook the pre-cooked salmon fillets over the veggies and cook all of it for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 5

    Serve the Salmon with the veggies on a plate and squeeze some lemon over it and enjoy.
