Breakfast
For breakfast, Sharma prefers fresh fruits and juices. It is something that everyone must opt for because fruits have fibre, minerals, hydration and vitamins. She also likes to have coffee once in a while.
Morning Snack
For a morning snack, the actor likes to have toast with cheese and some coconut water. Coconut water helps with weight loss, boosts energy and improves digestion.
Lunch
