OnePlus is gearing up for one of its biggest India-focused releases of the year with the OnePlus 15R. Scheduled for launch on December 17, the handset will be among the first to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It will be sold exclusively through Amazon, arriving in two colour options: Charcoal Black and Minty Green.
The company has teased a robust build with extensive durability ratings, IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K, offering protection against dust and high-pressure water. The design includes a rectangular dual-camera module and side-mounted power and volume keys. Out of the box, the device will run OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16.
Vivo is kicking off the month early with the launch of the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro on December 12. Both models will be available through Vivo’s online store and come powered by MediaTek’s 3 nm Dimensity 9500 chip. Vivo has also integrated its Pro Imaging VS1 and V3 Plus chips for enhanced computational photography.
The Vivo X300 Pro will feature a Zeiss-branded camera setup comprising a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 primary lens, a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera and a powerful 200 MP HPB APO telephoto sensor. The series will run on OriginOS 6, promising smoother performance and better power efficiency.
Realme is set to introduce the Realme P4x 5G on December 4, with availability confirmed via Flipkart. The device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset and feature a 144 Hz display, a highlight for users who prioritise fluid visuals.
The Realme P4x 5G also stands out with its massive 7,000 mAh Titan Battery, paired with 45 W wired fast charging. To manage heat efficiently, Realme has equipped the phone with a 5,300 sq mm vapour chamber, making it a promising option for gamers and heavy users.

While OnePlus prepares the 15R for India, the brand is also expected to unveil the OnePlus Ace 6T in China this month. Although the exact launch date remains unconfirmed, the device is rumoured to be a rebranded variant of the 15R. It is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and arrive in black, green and violet hues. Promotional teasers suggest a flat display, slim bezels and a square dual-camera module.
Oppo has hinted at the upcoming Reno 15C, following the launch of the Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro. While full specifications are still under wraps, leaks suggest the device may sport a 6.59-inch 1.5K display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.
The Reno 15C may also offer an impressive camera configuration, including a 50 MP Sony IMX600 primary sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide lens and a 50 MP Samsung JN5 telephoto unit.
With multiple premium and mid-tier smartphones arriving in India, December 2025 promises plenty of options for buyers planning an upgrade.
