Ingredients

  • 1 cup poha
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 cup refined oil
  • 2 potato
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 handful coriander leaves

Instructions

Step 1
To make poha pakoras, first take a bowl and add poha, finely chopped onion, red chilli, corn flour, coriander leaves and salt. Mix it well and keep it aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook potatoes in a pressure cooker. When done, peel and mash the potatoes.
Step 3
Now, mix the mashed potatoes with the poha mixture.
Step 4
Divide the mixture in small portions and roll them into balls.

Heat up oil in a pan and deep fry each ball on medium heat till golden brown.
