This quick mug cake recipe is just perfect for days you are craving something sweet yet healthy. This tasty cake is ready quickly, in a few minutes. 

How To Make Coconut Mug Cake?

  • In a big bowl, sieve wheat flour and baking powder. Mix well. 
  • Next add desiccated coconut, vanilla essence, curd and coconut oil.
  • Now add powdered sugar to the bowl and mix again.
  • Slowly add in coconut milk to the bowl. Keep mixing along to prepare a thick batter. 
  • Grease your microwave safe mug with some oil or butter and pour the batter into it. 
  • Make sure you don't over fill the cup, just pour till it reaches the 3/4th of the cup. 
  • Microwave for 1 minute. Check if the cake has cooked properly using a toothpick.
  • If it hasn't microwave for 1 more minute or a few seconds as needed. 
  • Top with chocolate sauce, chocolate chips or ice cream and enjoy!

  • 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Dessicated Coconut
  • Coconut Or Regular Powdered Sugar As Required
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Coconut Milk As Required


Step 1
