  • ½ Cup Vermicelli
  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Crushed Peanuts
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Oil To Cook
  • Salt To Taste


Step 1
Begin by boiling vermicelli in a pot. Cook it until it turns soft and tender.
Step 2
Once done, add potatoes, peanuts, and bread crumbs in it. Mix them all together in a bowl.
Step 3
Then add finely chopped green chillies, salt and lemon juice and prepare a dough. If the dough is sticky, add more bread crumbs.
Step 4
Grease your palm with oil and make small sized balls portion from the dough to make cutlets. Prepare multiple balls and keep them aside.

In a wok, heat oil and then gently drop 4-5 cutlets in the pan. Deep fry them on both the side until they are a golden brown colour.

Once done, serve crunchy vermicelli cutlets with chutney or sauce of your choice.
