How To Make Vegetable Bambino -

  1. Take a container and fill it with salt, water, and some oil. 
  2. Add bambino/vermicelli to the container and let it cook on a stove. 
  3. Bambino/vermicelli cooks faster, so be attentive while cooking your main ingredient. 
  4. Strain the bambino water by pouring cold water on top of it so that the bambino doesn’t stick together.  
  5. Leave it aside by coating the bambino with some oil. 
  6. Heat some oil in a pan before you add green chili, potato, onion, and peas. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

  9. Add red chili powder, Maggi magic masala, ketchup, and vinegar or lime juice before you plan on adding the bambino to your mixture. 
  10. Let the mixture cook for 2-3 minutes after you add the bambino/vermicelli and serve it fresh and hot!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Diced Potato
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 1/4th Cup Peas
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Diced Tomato
  • 1 Diced Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Maggi Magic Masala
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Vinegar or Lime Juice (according to preference)
  • 2 cups of Roasted Boiled Vermicelli/Bambino
