Dips add to the taste of your snacks and compliment them in the best way. If you tired preparing the same old dips, here is a new and interesting dip for you. Chef Vandana Tomar has an interesting tip to go with your snacks. It is easy to prepare with few ingredients and turns out to be delicious.
Ingredients:
Start by mixing all the ingredients in the blender. Take 400 gms of hung curd, 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, 1 teaspoon garlic, 2 chunks of sundried tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of parmesan dust, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything in a blender. Once it's blended, add 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil. Make sure you use good quality extra virgin oil. Blend again and your dip is ready! You may find your dip on a watery side and you can refrigerate it for an hour to get that thick and creamy texture.
