How To Make Tandoori Baby Corn At Home?

  • In a bowl, take red chili powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste and juice of half lemon. Mix everything well.
  • Add baby corn to the the mixture and mix well.
  • Next, take hung curd, tandoori masala, chaat masala, kasuri meti, bhuna jeera. Mix well.
  • Now add the paste to the prepared baby corn.
  • Then top it with fresh coriander leaves and mix everything together. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Now in a pan, heat mustard oil. Then shallow fry baby corn. Cook them evenly and let the masala coat. Then remove it from the pan.
  • In the same pan, add the leftover marinate for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  • In a tray, take the baby corn and over them, pour the marination.
  • Serve hot.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Tsp Red chili powder

    • 2 tbsp hung curd
    • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
    • 1 tsp chaat masala
    • 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
    • 1 tsp Bhuna Jeera
    • Coriander leaves
    • Mustard oil
