- In a bowl, take red chili powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste and juice of half lemon. Mix everything well.
Add baby corn to the the mixture and mix well. Next, take hung curd, tandoori masala, chaat masala, kasuri meti, bhuna jeera. Mix well. Now add the paste to the prepared baby corn. Then top it with fresh coriander leaves and mix everything together. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. Now in a pan, heat mustard oil. Then shallow fry baby corn. Cook them evenly and let the masala coat. Then remove it from the pan. In the same pan, add the leftover marinate for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. In a tray, take the baby corn and over them, pour the marination. Serve hot.
