    How To Make One- 

    • Heat the oil in a medium nonstick skillet 
    • Crack the eggs open. 
    • Cover with a lid and cook, until the whites are completely set but the yolks are still runny
    • Slide the eggs out of the skillet onto a plate of toast. 
    • Season with salt and pepper.

    You can now serve the egg.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 2 Eggs
    • Toast (Optional)
    • Salt and Pepper (According to taste)

    Instructions

    Step 1
    Heat the oil in a medium nonstick skillet over low heat until slightly shimmering, about 5 minutes.
    Step 2
    Crack an egg into a small ramekin and slowly add it to the skillet; repeat with the other egg, adding it to the other side of the skillet.
    Step 3
    Cover with a tight lid and cook, uninterrupted, until the whites are completely set but the yolks are still runny, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
    Step 4
    Slide the eggs out of the skillet onto a plate or a toast.
    Step 5
    Season with salt and pepper.
