  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup paneer cubes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • ½ sliced capsicum
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • 4 wraps
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons chilli sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated carrot
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste.


Step 1
Start by preparing the stuffing. Place a wok on the stove, add butter and heat it.

Add paneer cubes and roast until it turns golden brown. Keep aside.

Add more butter, onion, and ginger-garlic paste.

Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.
Step 5
Sauté on low flame until spices turn aromatic and then add tomato puree.

Add salt, roasted paneer, capsicum and mix well.
Step 7
Let it cook for 5 minutes and add coriander. Keep the mixture aside.
Step 8
Now work on your sauce. In a bowl add chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.

Then take your first wrap, spread mayonnaise, and chilli sauce.

Add prepared paneer stuffing, sauce, and cheddar cheese uniformly.

Now roll tight without allowing the stuffing to come out, cut into halves and serve paneer frankie.
