Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Soya Chunks
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Green Chilli
  • Salt As Required
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Oil As Required
  • Water As Required

Instructions

Step 1
Soak soya chunks in hot water for a few minutes. Strain and crush in a grinder.
Step 2
In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, crushed soya chunks, 2 tsp oil and spices. Knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Divide the dough in small balls and start rolling the parathas.

Place the paratha on the tawa and cook from both sides till golden and crisp. Use oil or ghee as per taste. Take off flame and serve with chutney or pickle.
