How To Make Shalgam Instant Pickle?
- Begin with blending all the spices and sugar in a blender. Take the mixture out and keep it aside.
- In the same blender, add raisins, vinegar and make a paste.
- Wash shalgam or turnip, peel and cut into long slices.
- Sprinkle salt over sliced turnip and keep covered for a few hours.
- In a pan, add some oil and cook grated garlic.
- Once the garlic is cooked, add sliced turnip to it.
- Next, add spices and raisins mixture to the pan and mix well.
- Transfer the pickle in a jar and keep it in sunlight for 1-2 days.
- Your homemade shalgam pickle is ready. Enjoy!

- 1 Cup Vinegar

- 6 Tsp Raisins
