Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sabudana
  • sugar
  • cardamom powder
  • 3 cups milk
  • pure ghee
  • chopped dry fruits
  • saffron strands

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and soak sabudana in ½ cup of water for 4-5 hours. It will absorb almost all the water and the size will increase.

Heat the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium flame.
Step 3
When milk comes to boil add soaked sabudana and saffron strands. Cook until milk gets thicken and sabudana turns transparent. Keep stirring in between.
