Ingredients
- 2 cup Sabudana
- 2 Boiled potatoes
- 1 Beetroot
- Salt/Sendha namak to taste
- 2 tbsp Chopped green chili
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Dry mango powder
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Ghee/oil for cooking
Instructions
- Step 1
- Wash sabudana properly and then soak for atleast 2-4 hours.
- Step 2
- Boil potatoes, peel and mash them. Keep aside.
- Step 3
- Wash beetroot, peel it and grate it.
- Step 4
- In a bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes and grated beetroot.
- Step 5
- Take a pan, add some ghee and cumin seeds.
- Step 6
- Transfer beetroot and sabudana mixture to pan and cook for a while. Switch off flame and let the mix cool.
- Step 7
- Once the mix cools, add to a bowl and sprinkle salt, red chilli, dry mango powder and mix well.
- Step 8
- Next add coriander leaves, lemon juice and chilli. Mix all the ingredients.

- In the same pan, add oil for frying.
- Step 10
- Using some oil in your palm, make round tikkis using the mixture.
- Step 11
- Fry the tikkis in oil till golden and crisp.
- Step 12
- Transfer to a plate and serve with coriander chutney.
