Hot summers are here and all we need are some chilled and refreshing drinks to boost our mood on a lazy day. Nothing like the traditional rose syrup with lots of ice and chilled water. But here is a twist if you are bored of drinking it every summer. The same fresh, rosy drink but with milk and some creaminess! 

You must have all heard of the dalgona coffee. Now here is another trendy, interesting drink for you this summer. Dalgona roohafza or rose! This one again is a super easy recipe and a great one to try this summer season. You can add more goodness to it by topping it with healthy chia seeds or nuts. Quickly, let's dig in the easy recipe.

  • Half bowl of fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp of rose syrup/roohafza
  • 1 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • Ice
  • Chia seeds (optional)
  • Nuts (optional)


Step 1
Take a bowl and add some fresh cream to it.
Step 2
Next add 1 tbsp of rose syrup or roohafza and mix well.
Step 3
Add powdered sugar and whisk till the mix become a little frothy.
Step 4
In a glass, add some ice cubes and rose syrup.
Step 5
Top with some milk and then the creamy mixture you prepared earlier.
Step 6
Now this step is optional but will definitely add great flavour to your drink. Soak chia seeds for a while and then add it to your drink. Crush nuts and garnish your drink.
