- Start by boiling the water and adding to it the oatmeal and butter. Let it all simmer for a minute and transfer it to a bowl to cool down.
- Heat the rest of the water to 110 degrees Celsius and add the yeast. Once the oatmeal mix cools down, add the sugar, salt, yeast mixture and half of the flour.
- Knead it all into a smooth dough adding the leftover flour too.
- Press the dough in a bowl greased with oil or butter.
- Turning once or twice to grease the entire dough. Now cover with a lid and let it rise until the flour doubles.
- After 1 hour, punch down the dough and make small round rolls with it. Now place the rolls, cover them and let them rise for another 60 minutes and and bake nicely for about 30 minutes at 160 degrees.

- 2 Cups Water (Divided)
- 1 Cup Dry Oatmeal
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Packages (10g each) Active Dry Yeast
- 3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1-1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 5 Cups All-Purpose Flour
