  • Green Peas
  • 1 Big Potato Cut Into Wedges
  • 2 Slices Of Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper As Per Taste
  • Little Oil For Cooking
  • Ketchup
  • Tea Bag Waali Chai

Step 1
Heat two non-stick pans and place them on two burners if possible or begin with sauteing the green peas in little oil with some salt. Once done with the peas, set aside.
Step 2
On the other heated pan with little oil, add in the whisked eggs.
Step 3
Once the egg batter take a little shape, throw in the onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
Step 4
While this cooks, if you are using two burners then fry the potato wedges with some salt sprinkled on top. To make the cooking easier, I generally boil the potato for 15 minutes and then fry as that absorbs less oil and cooks quickly.
Step 5
On to the omelette, flip it once your ladle is able to pick it without breaking and while one side cooks, you can sprinkle some pepper. Let the other side cook for a minute and not more.
Step 6
While the potatoes are browning, put two slices in the toaster if you like toasts.
Step 7
Close and plate the omelette.
Step 8
Reheat the peas a little and place them next to the egg.
Step 9
Once the potatoes are done, plate them as well.
Step 10
Take a tray and place the plate with your breakfast on it, and the slices on one side.
Step 11
Enjoy with ketchup if you like and sip on the tea bag "waali chai".
