Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Buns
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Chopped Green Pepper
  • ½ Chopped Tomato
  • 2 Tablespoon Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • Oil To Cook
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions

Step 1
Place a frying pan on the stove and add 1 tablespoon oil. Heat until the oil is hot.
Step 2
Crack and add eggs. After whisking add onions, green pepper and chilies over the eggs.
Step 3
Sprinkle a pinch of red chili powder, turmeric and salt.
Step 4
Cut the bun from half and place it with inside down on the eggs.
Step 5
Sprinkle a little more salt, turmeric and red chili powder onto the bun and drizzle oil.
Step 6
Flip to cook the other side of the bun.

Add grated cheese, tomato slices and herbs over the omelette side.
Step 8
Close the omelette bun from another half and you’re done.

Repeat the same process to prepare other pieces. Lastly, serve with tomato ketchup.
