Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and keep it aside.
- Step 2
- In a non-stick pan, heat butter and add the spinach. Saute well until it wilts.
- Step 3
- Put the flame on simmer mode and the fold in the egg mixture.

- Cook until a layer of the egg batter is formed and then stir.
- Step 5
- If you want to give it a cheesy taste, add cheese at this stage or add a dash of your favourite seasonings if you want.

- Mix well and then serve with some warm toast and cold coffee.
