Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Step 1
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and keep it aside.
Step 2
In a non-stick pan, heat butter and add the spinach. Saute well until it wilts.
Step 3
Put the flame on simmer mode and the fold in the egg mixture.
Step 4
Cook until a layer of the egg batter is formed and then stir.
Step 5
If you want to give it a cheesy taste, add cheese at this stage or add a dash of your favourite seasonings if you want.

Mix well and then serve with some warm toast and cold coffee.
