This is a really easy recipe which anyone can make as it does not involve many steps. It is not like any average dish we have for lunch but tastes divine when paired with roti for lunch or had individually during snack time with hot jaggery tea.

Ingredients

  • 7 moong dal papad
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • Chaat masala as per taste
  • 11/2 tbsp oil
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

Step 1
First bake the papads on the stove.
Step 2
Once crisp, crush them into a plate.
Step 3
Now, heat some oil in a non stick and add cumin seeds and let crackle for a bit.
Step 4
Reduce the heat and add all the crushed papad but keep stirring for a minute or two.
Step 5
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Step 6
Cover and cook for a minute and then transfer it all into a bowl.
Step 7
Serve it with roti.
