These ladoos are packed with healthy ingredients like dry fruits, phool makhana among others which make them just the perfect sweet for the season.

Ingredients

  • 500 Grams Wheat Flour
  • 60 Grams Semolina
  • 10 Grams Phool Makhana
  • 1 Bowl Dessicated Coconut
  • 1/2 Bowl Cashew Nuts
  • Handful Of Almonds
  • 150 Grams Sugar
  • 400 Grams Ghee
  • 10 Grams Char Magaz

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, add some ghee and fry phool makhana till golden brown. Remove from flame and keep in a plate.
Step 2
In the same pan, add some more ghee and roast semolina.
Step 3
Add wheat flour and mix. Keep stirring.
Step 4
Next add dessicated coconut, cashew nuts, almonds.
Step 5
Crush the roasted makhanas and add to the pan. Mix all the ingredients well.

Now add sugar to the pan and mix well.
