How To Make Oats Cutlet?

  • In a pan, dry roast oats. 
  • In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and paneer. 
  • Using a fork, mash the two ingredients well. 
  • Add oats, ginger paste, green chilli paste and mix. 
  • Next add grated carrot. 
  • Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder. 
  • Mix all the ingredients well to give it a dough like consistency. 
  • Take out small portions from the dough. 
  • Make small balls and flatten them. 
  • On a non-stick pan, spread some oil and place the cultets. 
  • Take off flame once golden and brown. 
  • Serve with toasted bread and tomato ketchup.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Roasted Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Paneer
  • 1 Cup Boiled Potato
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • 1 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 Cup Grated Carrot
  • Oil As Required

Instructions

Step 1

dry roast oats

Dry roast oats in a pan.
Step 2
Mash potatoes and paneer.
Step 3
In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, paneer and oats.
Step 4
Next add grated carrot, green chilli paste, ginger paste.
Step 5
Sprinkle all the spices. Mix well.
Step 6
Make small cutlets from the dough.
Step 7
On a non-stick pan, spread some oil and place the cutlets.
Step 8
Take off flame once golden and crisp.
Step 9
Serve with toast and ketchup.
