Ingredients

  • 200 gms hung curd or thick yogurt
  • 2 capsicums
  • 200 gms mushrooms
  • 200 gms paneer
  • 8 to 10 pearl onions or 1 regular onion
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1.5 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1.5 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1
Chop the pearl onions into halves or the regular onion and capsicum into cubes. Cut the paneer as well into cubes but when you slice the mushrooms cut only the big ones.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the curd, salt, ginger garlic paste, and all the dry spice powders. Add in the paneer and vegetables as well. Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes. (Do not forget to poke holes in the mushroom and paneer using a toothpick.)
Step 3
Now, all you have to do is heat very little oil in a non-stick pan and cook the paneer, mushrooms separately and then mix all at the end. (Make sure you cook mushrooms on high heat otherwise it'll leave a lot of water.)
Step 4
Garnish with coriander and serve with lemon and onion.
