Mushrooms are sautéed in garlic butter with a touch of soy sauce in this simple dish. Soy sauce not only provides taste but also aids in the caramelization of these delectable mushrooms to a rich golden brown. 

How To Make

  • Take butter and chopped garlic in a pan.
  • Melt butter in the pan over medium flame.
  • Then, add mushrooms and herbs to the pan. 
  • Stir the ingredients for a while for 5-7 minutes. 
  • As soon as the mushrooms turn brown, sprinkle salt and pepper on it. 
  • You can drizzle a few drops of soy sauce for added flavour.

Instructions

Step 1
Wash the mushrooms by immersing them in water and cleaning off the dirt.

After washing the mushrooms, chop them into chunks and keep it aside.

Melt butter in a pan in medium flame and then add finely chopped garlic into the pan.

Then add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and stir it for 5 to 10 minutes. Add a few drops of soy sauce to add more flavour to the dish.
