  • Start by taking some ghee in a pan and roast your vermicelli till golden brown.
  • Add milk to roasted vermicelli and cook to a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
  •  Then add sugar cardamom and saffron to the vermicelli snd cook on low flame.
  • Meanwhile, prepare mango puree and adjust its sweetness.
  • Add some ghee to the pan and roast your dry fruits. 
  • Next, take your sevai and let it cool down. Next, add roasted dry fruits, mango puree, and cubed mangoes. 
  • And transfer to a bowl. Finally, you're ready to enjoy mango kheer.

  • 2 Tablespoon Ghee Or Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Vermicelli
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 8 Strands Saffron Or Kesar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cashewnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon Almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon Pistachios
  • 1 Tablespoon Raisins
  • 1 Cup Mango Puree
  • 2 - 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Mango Chunks


Step 1
Start by roasting vermicelli in a pan with ghee.
Step 2
Add milk and let it cook. Then add sugar, cardamom, and saffron to this.
Step 3
Roast dry fruits in a pan and then let them cool.
Step 4
Puree the mangos and adjust the sugar according to your taste.
Step 5
Let the vermicelli cool down and then add pureed mangos, mango cubes and and roasted dry fruits.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy the dish!
