The king of fruits, mangoes are definitely the best fruits ever as everyone loves them. The irresistible juicy sweet taste is what makes the summer season all better. So, if you are a fan of mangoes like us, here is an amazingly easy and tasty mango halwa recipe to try at home.

  • Start by taking a bowl and adding mango puree and sugar to it. 
  • Then take a different container and boil some water in it.
  • In a pan, pour some ghee and add the cashews and almonds to fry. Once done, transfer to a bowl and keep it aside.
  • Now in the same pan take sooji and cook till it golden brown.
  • Add the boiled water to it and remove the lumps present in the mixture by stirring well.
  • Further, once you have a thick sooji water mixture and most of the water has been absorbed, stir in the sugar and mango pulp and cook for 2-4 minutes.
  • Your halwa is ready to be served, just garnish with cashews and almonds and enjoy!

  • 3 Cup Mangoes
  • 2 Cup Sooji
  • 4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoon Cashews
  • 4 Tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 Cups Of Water


Step 1
Mix mango pulp and sugar in a bowl.
Step 2
Boil water in a container.
Step 3
Fry some cashews and almonds in a pan.
Step 4
Then fry sooji in it after keeping the dry fruits aside.

Once the sooji turns golden brown add water and let it get absorbed.
Step 6
Finally, add the mango pulp and sugar and cook the halwa for 4 minutes.
