Ingredients

  • 2 cup sooji (semolina)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 6 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 3-4 tablespoon grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl, add sooji, yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Mix and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Once done, heat a non-stick griddle and grease it with oil.
Step 3
Pour a spoonful of the batter and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Step 4
Allow the uttapam to cook on both sides until it turns light brown in colour.
Step 5
Now put pizza sauce over it and spread it evenly.
Step 6
Place onion, capsicum, and tomato slices on it. Also, add a coat of cheese.
Step 7
Lastly, cover with a lid and cook on a slow flame for 2-3 minutes so that the cheese melts.
Step 8
Repeat the same steps to make more uttapam pizza.
