Pack Delicious And Healthy Banana Pancakes For Your Kids Lunch

It is a big task to please children when it comes to food. You just can't pack them anything for lunch, they want something special, delicious for lunch everyday. Cooking and Parenting Expert, Nora Bali who also runs a Youtube Channel called A Classic Mom has shared with us an easy Banana pancake recipe. Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 bananas 

2 eggs

1 cup chilled milk

1 cup maida

1 cube butter

2 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder 

Directions:

1. Take a bowl and mash the bananas using a fork. Next, add 2 eggs to mashed bananas. Mix well using a fork. Add one cup sugar to the bowl and again mix. Pour one cup chilled milk. Put one cube butter to the mix. In another bowl, add 1 cup maida, 1 tsp baking powder and mix. Now add this to the banana batter. Take a non-stick pan and spread some butter on it. Pour the banana batter and shape it accordingly. Cook well on both sides and transfer to a plate. You can drizzle some chocolate sauce on the top to add taste.
