    • Covering an oven tray with foil, turn the griller on to high heat.  Move on and place the whole bell peppers on the tray and then adjust the tray in the upper section of the oven. Letting the peppers roast for 25 minutes, keep turning them every 5 minutes for better cooking.
    • Once your peppers become black and crispy, take them out and let the oven cool.
    • Take a frying pan and spray it over 5 times with low-fat cooking spray, now take the onions, coriander along with cumin and stir them together in the pan. Keep adding a few drops of water to let the ingredients cook better then transfer this mixture to a food processor bowl and let it cool, make a fine paste with it.
    • By this time your bell peppers would have cooled, so, deseed them and peel them, cutting them into smaller pieces later.
    • Finally, take the pepper pieces, red chilli, garlic, chickpeas, sweet chilli sauce about 2 teaspoons and lemon zest, add it to the onion mixture and turn on the food processor to make a fine paste.
    • Complete the dish with salt and pepper and sweet chilli sauce and serve.
