Fasting from day until evening can leave you dehydrated. It can cause acidity and bloating. But, if done the right way, it can detox your body. Here are a few tips on doing it the right way.

Stay Hydrated

Dehydration is common during this day. As many women do not even drink water the whole time. It is recommended that you consume at least 2-3 glasses of water before sunrise.

Fruits & Nuts

Gorge on nuts as they keep you full and provide enough energy for you to get by the day. 

Limit Your Caffeine Intake 

Too much caffeine can cause indigestion and acidity. So, limit your tea or coffee to 2 cups a day. 

Avoid Fried Food

All the preparations are very much possible without being fried. So avoid it as they can cause constipation.

Do Not Overeat

Refrain from over binging when breaking the fast. Overeating heavy fried food and sweets after the fast may cause nausea and bloating. So, go easy and eat a light meal.
