Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Spinach (Finely Chopped)
  • ½ Cup Corn
  • ½ Tsp Oregano
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • ¼ Tsp Crushed Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 4 Slices Bread
  • 4 Tsp Green Chutney
  • Butter
  • 2 Cheese Slices

Instructions

Step 1
Heat 1 tsp butter in a large tawa and sauté the onions. Add spinach and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 2
Now, add ½ cup corn and sauté until corn is cooked well.
Step 3
Add oregano, chilli flakes, pepper and salt. Sauté and mix well.
Step 4
The mixture is ready. Keep it aside.
Step 5
Now, take 2 slices of bread and spread green chutney on each slice.
Step 6
Now, put the mixture over a slice of bread and spread it. Put a cheese slice over it. Cover it with another slice of bread.
Step 7
Toast the sandwich with butter on both sides.
