  • 1.5 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 80 Gm Ghee
  • 1.5 Tbsp Methi Seeds
  • 3 Tsp Saunf
  • 1.3 Tsp Sonth
  • 1 Cup Gur Shakkar
  • Little Black Pepper As Per Taste


Step 1
On a low flame, cook the flour with ghee in a heavy bottomed pan until it gets a pasty look and is light brown in colour. Let it cool and meanwhile dry roast methi, saunf, kali mirch in another pan. Grind them together when done.
Step 2
Once the flour has cooled down, throw in the gur shakkar and the ground powder with the sonth and mix well.
Step 3
Make tight balls like with the batter as per required size but keep it pressed a bit longer so that laddoo becomes as smooth as it can get.
Step 4
You can decorate with dry fruits or brush it with coconut powder.
Step 5
Store in a glass jar and enjoy it for another month or so.
