Missing the times when you could actually enjoy going out with family and friends? Don't worry if you are craving snacks that will take you back to the food festivals you have attended then here is an amazingly easy recipe for making your favourite Potato Tornado.

  • Preheat your oven at 160° Celcius.  Then place your potato inside it for about 2 minutes. Take it out and cool it down.
  • Then take a skewer and insert it in the center of the potato placing it vertically.
  • Now with the help of a knife work your way right from one side to another in a spiral motion. Place the knife at an angle and cut it in the opposite direction you're turning the skewered potato.
  • Spread the spiral potato across the length of the skewer and brush some melted butter across the whole tornado.
  • Now add some all-purpose flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, and salt to a bowl.
  • Then coat the potatoes with this mixture making sure all the areas are covered.
  • Place the potatoes on the baking pan so that they are suspended.
  • Bake then for 25-30 minutes and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese before serving.
