Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Poha
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • Green Chillies
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Boiled Potato
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Amchur Powder
  • Kitchen King Powder

Instructions

Step 1
Soak Poha in leveled water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Mash poha and potato well.
Step 3
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Step 4
Now make round balls of the mixture and flatten them.
Step 5
Now, heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets from both the sides until they golden brown.
Step 6
