There are times when we can’t decide which one to have when you are extremely hungry and want to eat something yummy. To satisfy such hunger pangs, we have a perfect dish for you, Maggi Manchurian.  

How To Make Maggi Manchurian?

  • Start by boiling your instant noodles. 
  • Meanwhile, take a bowl, and add all the ingredients needed to make Manchurian balls. 
  • Mix and also add cooked Maggi noodles.  
  • Also, mix the noodles gently and keep it aside to let it cool down. 
  • Place a pan on the stove. Add oil and let it heat.
  • Then make small Manchurian balls, and start adding them into the pan. 
  • Fry all the balls in the batch of 3-4. 
  • Now start preparing the gravy. In a bowl, add all the ingredients. 
  • Also, add 1 glass of water. 
  • Then in the same pan add 1 tbsp oil. 
  • Once hot enough, also add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli. Once cooked, then add chopped capsicum.
  • Add prepared slurry and Manchurian balls. 
  • Season your Maggi Manchurian with salt and cover with a lid.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions

Step 1
Boil your instant noodles in a pan.
Step 2
On the other hand, prepare Manchurian ball mix and slurry.
Step 3
In the first bowl, add all the ingredients needed to make Manchurian balls.

Mix and lastly add boiled noodles.
Step 5
Keep aside and take another bowl to prepare slurry.

After adding flour, pour 1 glass of water.

Also keep that aside.

Place a pan on the stove and add oil.

Once it is hot, make small Manchurian balls and start frying in the pan.

In the same pan, add more oil to prepare gravy.
